總有機碳（TOC）分析儀工作原理

樣品中的有機物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術測定二氧化碳，通過電導率傳感器檢測經氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業中超純水TOC的檢測。
